Who Am I ? 

I am a certified dietitian, holistic therapist, implementation researcher and a mindfulness coach. My mission is to help clients, through nutrition counseling and mental coaching, to have a better quality of life i.e feeling more energized during a presentation, feeling less bloated when spending time with your loved ones, controlling your cravings, or letting your confidence and self-worth shine. 

As many think, change takes time which sometimes makes it seem unattainable. However, with the right mind, right food and right support, you can move mountains. 

That's why I want to help you make that health change in order for you to achieve your life goals.

Why mindfoodcoaching? 

"Without a foundation we cannot build a house". 

Mindfoodcoaching finds its basis in Maslow's hierarchy of needs (Maslow's pyramid). It states that to achieve self-actualisation (realise one's own full potential), basic needs (such as sleep, food, drink,...) need to be achieved first. Simply explained, to be a high-performing CEO, mother, father, friend, colleague or impactful person, you need to be able to feed your body, heart (passion) and mindset well.

"CEO or impactful person" represents your self-actualization; your body is supplied by your physiological needs, your heart by love and your mindset by (self-) appreciation.

Mindfoodcoaching focuses on nutrition, a balanced lifestyle and mindset.
